By registering, accessing, or using Gogoldo, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nature of the Service
Gogoldo is a technology platform used by participating jewellery shops to offer and manage savings schemes, digital gold-related records, reminders, customer communications, and payment journeys. The jewellery shop remains responsible for its scheme terms, fulfilment, product quality, pricing, redemption, and customer commitments.
Eligibility and Account Security
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your OTP, password, device, and account activity.
- You must notify support promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
- Users under 18 may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
Payments and Transaction Records
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. A transaction is complete only after successful confirmation from the relevant payment partner and participating jewellery shop. Bank, UPI, card, gateway, tax, or other charges may apply. Do not make duplicate payments while a transaction is pending.
Digital Gold and Jewellery Schemes
Displayed gold rates, weights, balances, maturity values, and scheme progress may depend on partner data and shop rules. Final redemption, making charges, taxes, wastage, eligibility, and delivery are governed by the participating jewellery shop’s applicable scheme and invoice terms. Gogoldo does not guarantee investment returns or future gold prices.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, manipulate payments, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gogoldo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, market-price movement, partner outages, delays caused by banks or payment gateways, or disputes arising from a jewellery shop’s independent products or commitments.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for fraud, legal requirements, security risk, non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Account deletion requests remain subject to legally required retention of financial and transaction records.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India.
